Why Luxstay Exists

Luxstay was born from a simple idea — that guests deserve better than faceless corporate stays, and property owners deserve better than absent management. Our founder David built Luxstay with an engineer's mindset and a hospitality heart — combining a First Class engineering degree with years in tech to create a property company that actually runs like one.

What started as David's vision has grown into a team managing 10 properties across three cities. We use the same systems thinking and attention to detail that goes into engineering software to make sure every property is set up right, every guest gets a fast response, and nothing falls through the cracks.

What makes Luxstay different is simple — we manage 10 properties, not 500. That means every home gets our direct attention, not a call centre. We personally care about every guest's experience, because our name is on it. When you stay with us, you're not just booking a property — you're booking with people who genuinely want you to have a great time.
